I met the Flanigan Development Group because I purchased a new home to live in Seattle. We really like the quality of the homes that were built so when Ed Flanigan traveled to Vietnam he met with my mother in my hometown Da Nang and we decided to invest in a project. The land was $540,000 including permits, so it was ready to start building. The project started construction in February of 2016 and finished December 2016. With Ed’s 30+ years of experience the four homes sold fast in one month and above prices we expected. At first Ed projected around 18-20% return but the market, Ed’s experience and the quality of construction we got 34% return on this project.
