Courtney brings more than 15 years in new construction experience to the team. She is involved with all aspects of projects from acquisition of land through development and vertical construction. Courtney also manages all marketing and customer relations. In her previous role, Courtney grew a local private builder to more than 260 sales per year, with a majority focused on pre-sold properties prior to development.
